Kitchens Townsville

Welcome to Ross Joinery Kitchens

Ross Joinery Kitchens is a multi-award-winning, locally owned kitchen company in Townsville, QLD. For 70 years we’ve designed, manufactured and installed custom kitchens for Townsville homes and businesses, all made to suit your space, the way you live and your budget.

Every kitchen we build starts with our experienced in-house designers. We work with you on the layout, storage, cabinetry and benchtops, then build it in our Townsville workshop and install it ourselves. Because we handle everything from the first design to the final fit-off, you deal with one local team the whole way through.

Whether it’s a full kitchen renovation, a new build or a commercial fit-out, we use high-quality materials at competitive prices. As well as kitchens, we design and build laundries, built-in wardrobes, bathroom vanities and custom cabinetry throughout the home.

Kitchen Renovations & Custom Joinery Across Townsville

We Can Build Anything You Want

Custom Kitchen Renovations Townsville — Designed Around The Way You Live

A kitchen renovation should start with how you actually use the space, not just how it looks in a brochure. At Ross Joinery Kitchens, we design and build custom kitchens Townsville homeowners can genuinely live in day to day, taking the time to understand your cooking habits, storage needs and daily routine before a single cabinet is drawn up.

Every renovation is handled from consultation through to final installation, so you're working with the same team throughout rather than juggling separate designers, manufacturers and installers. We take care of layout planning designed around your workflow, smart storage solutions to make the most of every corner, and a wide range of finishes and materials to suit your home's style. Whether you're updating an existing layout or starting completely fresh, our focus stays on practical, everyday usability alongside a finish that reflects the character of your home.

Kitchens across Townsville need to hold up to North Queensland's heat and humidity, which is exactly why our cabinetry is manufactured in-house at our Garbutt workshop, using materials selected specifically to perform in these conditions rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. From large family kitchens to smaller renovations, we build cabinetry that's genuinely easy to use and easy to love for years to come.

Stone And Laminate Benchtops For Townsville Kitchens

Choosing the right benchtop is one of the most important decisions in any kitchen renovation, and we offer both stone and laminate options to suit different budgets, styles and practical needs.

Laminate benchtops are a smart, versatile choice for busy Townsville households, offering a wide range of colours and finishes at a more accessible price point without compromising on durability. They're a genuinely practical option for kitchens, laundries and workspaces that see everyday use.

Stone benchtops, whether natural stone like granite or marble, or engineered stone, bring a more refined look along with excellent heat resistance, scratch resistance and easy maintenance. Every stone benchtop is cut to size specifically to suit your cabinetry and layout, ensuring a seamless, polished fit. It's worth knowing that while we design and supply your stone benchtop, we act as your project partner for installation, organising the removal of your old surface, preparing the site, and coordinating the specialist stonemasons who handle the actual stone installation. This means you still get a smooth, professionally managed process without needing to coordinate multiple trades yourself.

Whichever option suits your kitchen, benchtops sourced through Ross Joinery are cut to match your specific cabinetry, giving you a seamless finish rather than an off-the-shelf fit.
